    Before we ship your order, FLORALKINI has to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. Besides, some products are made to order. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time.

    Delivery times are based on business days, and are estimates only. They are quoted for delivery to metro areas only and can vary depending on your location and distance from the CBD. These do not include delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, credit card verification processes, customs holds, public holidays in China & any other delay outside of our control.

    INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

    You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. 

    Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

    EXPRESS DELIVERY – DHL/UPS/TNT

    Orders sent express use a signature service. This means that if delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will leave a card in your letterbox or attempt to contact you to arrange a re-delivery. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. Please note, if you request your delivery method be updated to a different address or provide express with authority to leave, you are waiving your right to any form of reimbursement or re-delivery if your order is not delivered, stolen or lost. We do not recommend altering our signature on delivery service for this reason.

    If you choose express shipping, please remember to leave your contact number, this is required for express shipping.

    All orders made from China will be shipped via SF Express.

    STANDARD DELIVERY – CHINA POST INTERNATIONAL MAIL

    Our main warehouse is located in China, so we choose China Post. China Post’s international shipping service is a standard service and takes longer to arrive than our express service. This standard service has less scan events than our express service which means that in some instances, there may be a period of time between when a parcel leaves China to when it is processed in the destination country that the tracking number we provide may not show any tracking information. If you experience this and you would like to track your parcel more during its transit time, we recommend using your national mail website's tracking page.

    We have highlighted our main international carriers below for you. Please note, as this is a standard service, delivery times vary and delays may be experienced. Below is a list of the major national postal services that your parcel will be shipped via:

    Please note, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking. To avoid any concerns with delivery, we recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes. If the package is returned to us because of the incomplete shipping address, you need to pay for the shipping cost.

    All customers on our website enjoy free exchanges on swimsuits.
    WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
    1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping from warehouse.
    2. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply contact us within 14 days after you receive the package.
    3. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed (without the smell of perfume), and with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or ironed will not be accepted.
    4. Items in our SALE category are marked as clearance items. Those are not eligible for return or exchange.

    HOW TO EXCHANGE/RETURN?

    Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:

    1. Please contact us through our contact page.
    2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, you can choose free exchanges, get a coupon or send the item back.
    3. If you choose free exchanges or get a coupon, you can keep the item. Not only different color or size on the same product, but also different styles on our website you can exchange.
    4. If you choose to send the item back, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
    Post your item to a given address. Please do not return directly to the address on the package, contact our customer service to get a detailed guidance. We advise the return goods by Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS, which may cost much more.
    Also, we strongly recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.
    The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not support shipping labels for returning.
    All returned items must be accompanied by the return form.
    As soon as we have your return package, we’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
    You can expect to receive your refund within 10 working days of your package return.
    We are not obliged to provide a refund until we receive the returned products.

    Note:
    1. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
    2. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.
